Pool Gate is accessed with member swipe card
Cards will be activated only for owners who are current on their account
Pool Rules
Swim at your own risk
No children permitted without adult supervision
Must be 16+ years old to be at the pool without a parent
2 guests per resident family when resident is 16-20 years old
4 guests per resident family when resident is 21+ years old
No glass allowed in fenced area
No pets allowed in fenced area
No smoking inside fenced area, pavilion or playground
Take all personal items with you when you leave
No loitering in parking lot after 10 pm – police will be called
Any vehicles remaining in parking lot after 10 pm will be towed at owner’s expense
